“I am not! Yer just being annoying!!” he shot back, turning so he wasn’t looking at her anymore. He knew she wasn’t going to leave, not a chance. She never did, and in truth he didn’t want her to. 

He felt his hair being tugged, much to his annoyance. “Yeah, well,” he paused, still huffy over the previous event. “Maybe I should just kick their asses!” Standing abruptly, holding a fist up the red head’s foot caught unstable ground, landing him in the river. Now soaked, he was angrier than ever, his face red of embarrassment. He didn’t say a word as he lifted himself from the water and sat himself onto dry land.

“You’re the one pouting,” she said casually, letting him continue with his rant. She was being annoying? Right. Shaking off his comment, she simply let the subject drop. For now.

When he stood, her gaze snapped up at him just in time to see him fall in the river. Her eyes lit up in amusement at this new turn, a hand covering her mouth to stifle her laughter. “You alright?” She asked softly, shifting her gaze to the side to avoid making his anger worse.
